Initial Consultation

In this virtual consultation we will go through your current health status, including any medical conditions, medications, food preferences & intolerances and your health goals. We take measurements and gather all information needed to create your plan.

36 Marker Blood Test

Next, you go to your local pathology rooms for a fasting blood draw. We look at 36 markers including a Full Blood Count, Thyroid Function, Glucose, Cholesterol, Iron, Inflammation markers, Pancreatic enzymes, Liver & Kidney Function. 

 Personalised Nutrition Plan

After a careful review of your information, the medical & nutrition team at MB head office (in Isen, Germany) create your personalised nutrition plan. We give you a digital and hard copy and take you through everything in a plan presentation consult

Powerful Coaching, Expert Support & Accountability!

To support you to implement your nutrition plan, we provide the perfect amount of support & accountability.


Throughout your 12 week program, you will have a combination of 1:1 consultations, private coaching sessions, online lessons and resources and direct messenger access to your coach Monday to Friday!

Our 4 Phase Approach at The Well Clinic

Phase #1

Phase 1 is a simple two days of a light digestive cleanse, preparing your body to start on your nutrition plan. This kick starts fat burning by depleting glycogen stores. You can enjoy an omelette for breakfast and vegetable soup for lunch and dinner. Nothing too extreme!

Phase #2

Phase 2 is where you follow your personalised meal plan and optimal food lists so that your body starts to heal and release excess fat. Your plan is designed to keep your blood glucose stable and keep your insulin levels consistent across the day. Meals consist of a variety of protein foods, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats. 

Phase #3

Phase 3 is what you move into as you approach your health goals. It transitions you to larger portions at meals, extends your food list so you can try a wider variety of healthy options and you can also have meals 'off plan' once a week.

Phase #4

Complete Health Appraisal

We begin by conducting a complete health history to evaluate your current health status, because hormones, nutritional deficiencies, inflammation, digestive health, chemical toxicity levels, and stress all affect your metabolism and prevent it from shedding weight.


At this appointment (via video telehealth) we will also get your body measurements and look at food preferences & intolerances (although we have found that people's taste buds change quickly once they start their plan!)

Pathology Testing

We organise a pathology request form for your local collection centre. 

Once we receive back the lab report for the 36 markers tested, we organise for your plan to be created.

We also will provide suitable nutrient supplementation advice and prescription (as well as a referral back to your GP if needed).

Personalised Nutrition Plan

When your plan is ready, we spend time together on a virtual consult walking you through your nutrition plan.

We make sure you're confident to get started and understand exactly what to do.


We will also talk through your test results & prescribe any supplements if indicated.

Powerful Private Health Coaching Sessions

Permanently shift your thinking around weight and health in these powerful coaching sessions with Hayley.


Held privately on zoom, you will be able to ask questions, receive coaching & support and feel inspired & empowered to change your habits for life.
